Steering Wheel

Have you seen the Steering Wheel? I'd seen the feature but hadn't really used it since it's not in your face in Civil 3D. In the base Autocad product when you right click you get the option to use the Steering Wheel.

I think it has some value after using it a little bit and want to add it to the default right click menu. Once way to do it may be found in a video on this page:

There's no sound and it's kind of small.
